» The Joseph FERRAYE dossier shows unequivocally, that his Notary, Notaire, Pierre MOTTU in Geneva, received several billion Dollars in Royalties, meant for the Inventor.
» This capital was to form a basis for Joseph FERRAYE’s attempt to rescue Servette FC, to enable Geneva to keep its heritage of 115 years intact.
» Since the Press Conference given by Servette FC President, Mr. Marc ROGER, on 24 January 2005, where he announced the signing of an agreement with Mr. Ferrayé, for an investment of CHF 147 million over 5 years, the whole of the Edipresse media attempted to block the finalisation of the agreement by a campaign of misinformation.
» The legal documents confirming the presence of the funds in the Accounts of Mr. Pierre MOTTU’s Office in Geneva, were considered worthless, based on a verbal statement by a notary, who has proved to be dishonest !
