Dear Prime Minister,
The United Kingdom could be about to live through a major crisis in losing the last branch of its automobile industry, without even taking into consideration the direct effect of redundancy on more than 6’100 employees and the indirect threat to 18’000 other jobs.
In light of this, I offer you, not only the opportunity to save MG Rover Group from bankruptcy, but also to ensure the long-term survival of the business by taking back the Group currently held by Phoenix Venture Holdings.
The financing of this operation is not a problem as the amount required exists and can be unblocked and made available.
In order to make this happen, your personal intervention is of paramount importance and at the same time will demonstrate to your fellow Citizens, your independence from your American counterpart, President George W. Bush.
For several months, on behalf of Mr. Joseph FERRAYE, inventor of the systems used to extinguish and to cap burning oil wells in Kuwait in 1991, I have been negotiating the restitution of royalties resulting from the sale of these systems to oil-producing countries.
The initial cost of the extinction of 1’164 burning oil wells in 1991 was USD 34 billion, which Kuweit paid and which was owed to Mr. FERRAYE. The funding which can be put at the disposal of your failing industry results from the sale of these systems to oil-producing countries after the Gulf War. We know that it involves several hundred billion US Dollars (probably thousands of billions), negotiated by Halliburton and repatriated to the USA under the control of President Bush, using the banking network of Osama Bin Laden, without his knowledge, by his brother Yeslam. It would appear that it was this operation, which aroused Osama Bin Laden’s anger and resulted in the attack on 11 September 2001.
The royalties on the above-mentioned systems are owed to Joseph FERRAYE and must be paid to him.
