Dear Sir
13.05.2005
On 3 May 2005, I sent you a proposition for an amicable arrangement, in
order to settle a conflict
of interest between yourselves and my client, Mr. Joseph FERRAYE, inventor of
the extinction and capping systems for burning oil wells, which you use illegally,
without his permission and without just remuneration with respect to his
rights. www.googleswiss.com/ferraye-e
The deadline fixed is 13 May 2005 which is at the end of this week. I
hereby inform you that in the event that no response is received from you by
the deadline, my campaign of international denunciation will begin on 17 May
2005. From that date onwards, the responsibility of defending our interests
will be handed over to our U.S. team of lawyers.
Our denunciation will explain: why American companies “organized” wars in the
Gulf, in order to produce a dramatic increase in crude oil prices… Why
successive BUSH governments kept Saddam Hussein in power, to destabilize the
Gulf and to exploit the FERRAYE Systems… The massive profits gained from the
extinction of burning oil wells in just a few weeks and the rapid restoration
of oil production, rather than letting hundreds of millions of barrels of crude
oil go up in smoke, with the consequent economic loss and the cost of
stabilizing the resulting ecological catastrophe for which we would probably
still be paying the price today… The gigantic profits obtained by the entire
oil industry due to the surge in oil prices alone… What the real causes of the
11 September 2001 attacks were, in respect of the transfer of funds using the
Bin Laden financial network and why the various companies involved and the U.S.
government were prepared for the attack…etc.
The calculation of your financial responsibilities concerning the precise value
to be placed on my client’s invention will be based on the above-mentioned
elements.
As you may conclude for yourselves, the responsibility to be faced by the
companies involved in this affair is insurmountable and would lead to their
closure while rocking the foundations of the current government, which would
not necessarily be a bad element, in the interests of the world economy.
If I insist on the importance of an amicable negotiation, it is solely to
protect the tens of thousands of jobs which would undoubtedly be lost, as a
result of a denunciation of this scale.
My client’s aim is not to cause human distress; on the contrary he wishes to
use his capital to assist the most disadvantaged people and this explains the
reasons for my actions on his behalf.
Please be informed, however, that allowing a dishonest company to retain
capital to which it has no right, will not be entertained!
Thus, I remind you of the importance of what is at stake in respecting the deadline
which has been fixed, in the hope that you will act wisely, in a manner which
befits high-level representatives of the world economy.
I remain,
Yours faithfully,
Marc-Etienne Burdet
