» After the securing of these properties, corruption of the Office of Civil Legal Proceedings, to take over the newly-acquired property, for the benefit of cronies.

» Damage sustained: CHF 3.5 million, not taking into account, added-value.

» To recuperate these funds , UBS SA opened accounts in the name of Birgit Savioz and Aldo Ferraglia, without the knowledge of Birgit Savioz and granted a signature to Aldo Ferraglia alone.

» Following this, revenue was obtained from the sale of a common heritage, at the request of UBS SA, by falsifying documents at the Office of the Property Register, with the registering of a new owner, before the sale had been legally notarised.

» To this day, Marcel Ospel refuses to provide Birgit Savioz with copies of documents from her personal account, which were used for the illegal diversion of these funds.

» As in the other cases, in order to meet their objectives, Marcel Ospel corrupts lawyers, magistrates, politicians… The lawyer, Michel Tinguely is deeply involved in this embezzlement and is defended “tooth and nail” by Claudia Cotting, President of the Fribourg Radical Party, who is just as corrupt as her colleague in the Canton of Vaud.

» They were informed by their banker that the auction could be avoided if they paid an agreed price of CHF 160’000.- on that same day, to the BCV account of the swindling notary Philippe Bosset in Avenches.

» The order was given to transfer the capital with a supplementary tax of 5% for the scheming notary’s fees.

» 5 weeks later, the affair had not been finalized and on insisting, the Brunnenmeisters learned that UBS had granted the plot of land to one of Notary Bosset’s friends and that the Brunnenmeisters’ capital had been used to finance the transaction to avoid the public auction...

» Nice way for UBS SA to cheat its customers, the Brunnenmeisters, offering its Flunkey, BOSSET the chance to enrich himself by defrauding Citizens.

» Once again, UBS SA has used the Office of Civil Legal Proceedings to do its questionable, cowardly and sordid dirty work...

» The dossier in my possession incriminates the Authorities of this country up to the level of the Federal Council. All these highly-placed, respectable (sic!) individuals in their well-tailored suits are nothing but ignoble gangsters and counterfeiters.

» When Georges-André Chevallaz, the then Finance Minister, was made aware of it, instead of denouncing the counterfeiters, he condoned them by imposing a tax on the sale of the gold coins by the banks… I would like to have seen this swindler currently facing an imminent justice, which this time he could no longer corrupt !
