» The only way to guarantee respect for the Rule of Law is to never elect Notaries and Lawyers to positions within Parliament or within the Executive branch of Power !

» Past experience has shown that in all Swiss cantons these legal experts, active within two separate constitutional powers, are unable to guarantee Citizens their basic rights !

» The ONLY means to guarantee basic rights is to maintain the separation of powers. By electing legal experts to Government or Parliamentary positions, this separation is impossible. The inclusion of lawyers, notaries and other legal experts in the Government and Parliament during the last few years has been shown to be significant in the current governmental dysfunction. !

» It is understandable that long-lasting links are created between persons who have studied together in higher education. These relationships are however against public interest and the basic rights of the public, as they result in collusion within the professional functions as these ex-students become “judges” or “lawyers”. They are bound to confront each other in a professional manner despite their previous history of studying together… Unfortunately, constant dysfunction within the system with regard to Citizen’s rights, and to their detriment, has been noted. These Citizens are victims of immoral “judges”, “lawyers” and “notaries”.

» The only defence against these Gangsters, who steal our Rights, is the Political Power of the “Council of the Canton”, the Supreme Authority established to protect the proper functioning of the State

» When this Political Power is high jacked by black sheep, directly linked to a 3rd Power, the Constitutional Rights of the Citizens are wiped out !

» This opens the door to an endless cronyism and the unspeakable corruption for which Geneva is paying the price ! FIRE ALL LAWYERS, NOTARIES AND LEGAL EXPERTS FROM POSITIONS OF POWER !

» This rule should also apply to Journalists as without a doubt, the Press has become the 4th Power and frequently manipulates Public Opinion !

» They are lawyers, notaries or “judges”!

» A large number of them are FREEMASONS...

» They will not hesitate to “sell” their clients, or are none other than veritable Swindlers...

» The oath of secrecy within Freemasonry is the fundamental pillar on which dysfunction and crime on a daily basis and to the detriment of Swiss Citizens, is based.

» The Swiss Freemason’s Lodge ALPINA states that it is sovereign and possesses its own constitution.

» In other words, the members of the Lodge ALPINA do not feel obliged to obey Swiss laws, which are directly linked to our Federal Constitution, but obey Freemason’s laws linked to their own Criminal constitution !

» Taking into account the huge amounts of capital processed by the Lawyers, they have taken over the control of the Judiciary and political power.

» When ethics and morality are lacking, these corporations become Organisations of organised economic crime.

» The “official” Mafia is nothing but petty delinquents compared with these true Criminals who work under cover of the State protection, which their position offers… And they know how to take advantage of it…

» However, if they wish to deserve our respect and put a stop to what is going on, then they should re-establish the code of ethics, which one would expect from each member of these professions.
